John Besaw has been with the VOCM news team since October of 2010. At a young age he was always told he had a voice for radio, something he continued to develop as he got older. After completing a degree in Journalism at the College of the North Atlantic, he moved from his home town of Stephenville to St. John's to pursue a career in Radio. He hopes to continue to be a valued member of the VOCM news team for years to come and allow the experience of his co-workers to help him develop his skills to their fullest extent. When not keeping up to date on the news of the world he can be found reading, writing his own fiction and playing video games.
