RCMP have made an arrest in connection with a string of recent residential break-ins in Gander.
Nineteen homes were broken into in the town since early summer, the most recent of which happened over the Thanksgiving weekend.
In the majority of cases, the break-ins occurred while the owners were out of town. Jewelry, money and home electronics are among the items stolen.
On September 24, RCMP arrested a 28-year-old woman for possession of stolen property.
She’s scheduled to appear in court November 20.
The investigations continue.
