A 30-year-old Happy Valley-Goose Bay man has been arrested and charged following a vandalism and crime spree in the town last week.
On Friday, June 8th, RCMP received multiple calls about property damage, break and enters and theft.
Multiple cars parked at Precision Auto Limited and Cabot Auto Limited had their windows smashed. A shed at the Royal Canadian Legion was broken into, and a bicycle was stolen from Home Hardware.
Micheal Lidd has been charged with mischief over $5,000 and possession of stolen property obtained by crime. Further charges are pending and the investigation is continuing.
Lidd was held in custody pending a court appearance.
