  • Herder Action Resumes Tonight in Torbay

    The Clarenville Caribous and the St. John’s Caps are battling again tonight for the province’s top hockey prize.

    The Herder Memorial Championship continues tonight at the Jack Byrne Arena.

    The Caribous carry a 2-0 lead in the series after winning games one and two in Clarenville last weekend.

    Defenseman Justin Pender is leading the way with five points in two games.

    Puck-drop for game three is set for 7:30 p.m. at the Jack Byrne Arena in Torbay.
