  • Jonathon Rowe Acquitted of Accessory to Manslaughter

    A man who was accused of helping Philip Pynn escape after the murder of Nick Winsor in July 2011 has been acquitted.

    Jonathan Rowe was charged with accessory to manslaughter following the shooting. This morning in Supreme Court in St. John’s, the judge found Rowe not guilty of the crime.

    Philip Pynn was sentenced to 8.5 years in jail for the shooting death of Winsor.
