Strike action at Memorial University may be averted.
Tentative agreements were reached this week between Memorial University and both the Memorial University Faculty Association and the Lecturers’ Union.
The university met with LUMUN, the union representing per course instructors, and reached a tentative agreement Wednesday. A tentative agreement was reached with MUNFA Thursday.
The agreements are now being brought to the membership for ratification.
