After Central and Western areas of the island experienced the first significant snowfall of the season, it looks like the Avalon is next.
PAL Airlines and Aerospace Meteorologist Brian Walsh says it’s still too early to give exact amounts, but areas on the Avalon Peninsula could get upwards of 10-15 cm of snow on Thursday night.
Walsh says it is possible that the snow will turn to rain. He will be tracking the system throughout the week.
