Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP say three businesses in the town reported counterfeit $100 bills, yesterday. Police seized the phony bills, and launched an investigation into the incidents.
They’re reminding businesses to closely examine large denomination bills before accepting them as payment, and ensure that all security features are present.
