    Central West Senior Hockey

    Grand Falls/Windsor Cataracts downed the Clarenville Caribous 5-2 to stay alive in the final. Caribous still lead the series 3 games to two with game six in Clarenville this afternoon at 4 pm. The winner of the series will face the Ocean Enterprises CeeBee Stars in the Herder.

    West Coast Sr. Hockey

    Stephenville Jets down Corner Brook Royals 6 – 4.
    Outscoring the Corner Brook Royals by 6-4 at the Stephenville Dome Saturday night, the Stephenville Jets are undefeated after three games played in the shortened season of the West Coast Senior Hockey League.
    Josh White and Cory Perrier lead the Jets scoring with two goals each. Matt Roche was the point leader for the Royals with one goal and two assists and his team mate Matthew Colbourne scored twice.
    Tim Caines and Sheldon MacIsaac contributed a goal each toward the Jets win while Alex Hillier also scored a goal for the Royals.
    The next Jets game is against the Port aux Mariners starting at 2pm, Sunday March 19th at the Dome in Stephenville.
