The attempted murder case against a St. John’s man who is also charged with administering a ‘noxious thing’ will be back in court in September.
56-year-old Mark Rumboldt was charged in connection with an incident involving a woman back in January of 2016. Police say on that evening, a man and a woman were taken to St. Clare’s hospital where police allege Rumboldt attempted to administer the noxious substance.
In court today lawyers revealed they are still waiting on transcripts from the preliminary inquiry. The matter will be back in court on September 11.
