The St. John’s Edge downed the Windsor Express in Game 3 of the National Basketball League of Canada’s first playoff round.
The Edge is the only team to sweep their opponent in the post season in the first round.
Four players dropped 20 points or more each in the 124-117 final score, with Charles Hinkle leading the charge with 24 points.
Carl English scored 21 points.
The Edge also shot 100 per cent from the freethrow line, seeing 19 single pointers.
The team will face either the London Lightning or the Niagara River Lions in the semis.
