If the City of St. John’s shows up on your Caller ID in the near future, you may be a part the first citizen satisfaction survey.
These types of surveys are used across the country to gauge different municipal issues and needs based on resident responses.
The survey will take about 12 to 15 minutes and will be voluntary.
Although this is going to be the first survey, Mayor Danny Breen says they are hoping to conduct it every two years or so.
Residents will be selected at random and contacted by phone. And the city says responses will be kept confidential, and will be published in the spring.
