What about the other breach? :

There was an additional breach at Western Health which has not been reported. This occurred earlier in the year and my efforts to get information regarding how many were involved or the circumstances were in vain. As a person who was breached in the first incident, do I too get an opportunity to be a part of this lawsuit?

Greed, again lawyers playing the game, taking money out of health care where its badly needed. Its not about solving a problem its about money, i bet you won't see anyone giving what if any they are awarded back to health care, we didn't see it the last time and we won't see it now, greed all over again.

...funny how all those with the privacy rights violated - first thing they do - go public - name, face, discuss what info was accessed, invite media into their home for all to see. Good thing its never about the money though. Lawyers come out of the wood work looking for taxpayers money.

I think this is totally rediculous and nothing but a money grabbing attempt. The employee was fired, and so she should be. What is money going to do to rectify the case? She still knows what was in the files and always will. Yes, it is something that should not have happened, but sometimes employeers trust employees. I am not a govt worker.

The fact that Ms. Hynes says she can't sleep at night because of this is a crock of BS. Give me a break. It's a wonder she didn't pour out the tears in the news last night. OK so someone looked up some of your private info. Was anything maliscious done with it? Did the receptionist spread it around town? This is obviously a money grab by Ms.Hynes. If the class action suit was to fix the errors in the system that would be acceptable but the monetary damages claim really discredits the process.

I say, What is money going to do but cost Healthcare more? The breach happened deal with it. Money will not change a thing only a campaign telling what can happen if you view others personel information.
