Your article suggests both sides are represented in discussions. The sad truth is thatbthere are more than two sides to this and the ine side which is NEVER represented is the future generations of Newfoundlanders who will ask why in god's name we relegated our fish stocks to junk status to be sipped off for China as cheap protein, so the merchant class could squeeze the last few dollars out of this place. We have learned NOTHING.

Blackmail plain and simple. Take the quota away from OCI if this is the best plan they can come up with.

Outbound :

No hard feelings to the fishermen but the rest of us lost our jobs and had to suffer or relocate to other areas. It's time to either run the plants or shut em down. Seems this happens almost every other year!!!
