The 13-second clip, posted yesterday, shows a vehicle attempting to pass another as the center lane comes to an end. Signage indicates that the center must yield right of way.
With heavy rain, and water building on the road, the passing vehicle pulls into oncoming traffic and speeds up in order to return to the now-single lane, narrowly avoiding colliding with an oncoming pickup truck.
Fortunately, there was no collision. However, comments on the video indicate that the area has seen its fair share of close calls and problematic maneuvers.
