A high school party left bottles and trash strewn across a wooded area in Torbay over the weekend.
Pictures posted to social media show a mess of broken bottles, bags, and furniture littering the area after a field party of local high school students over the long weekend.
One resident, Bethany Rossiter, says she and her mother filled six recycling bags without making a dent in the mess.
It’s not the first time this has happened. The town had expected to spend thousands cleaning up the area of Gosse’s Meadow in 2017 until a group of students who had attended the party returned to do it themselves.
