A large storage building in Point Amour has been heavily damaged by fire.
RCMP in Happy Valley-Goose Bay say firefighters from Forteau and L’Anse au Loup responded to the blaze.
The “Old Arena” was being used as a storage facility for recreational vehicles, boats, campers and motor homes. It was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived at about 9:15 a.m..
Police are asking anyone who may have noticed suspicious activity near the building Monday evening or Tuesday morning to contact them or Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477.
