Three people were sent to hospital following a collision in the east end of the City last evening.
Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Portugal Cove Road and Airport Heights Drive at about 10:00 p.m., after two vehicles collided in the intersection.
Firefighters and paramedics tended to the occupants of the cars as traffic was diverted around the scene.
Three people were taken to hospital with unknown injuries, not believed to be serious in nature.
Damage to both vehicles was extensive.
