Premier Dwight Ball’s new cabinet looks nearly identical to the one before the election, with some minor changes.

The cabinet was sworn-in this afternoon with one new face and a few extra duties for some ministers with the departure of Graham Letto and Al Hawkins, who were defeated in the provincial election.
Most re-elected ministers remain in the positions they previously held.
The new face is Brian Warr of Baie Verte-Green Bay, who takes on the portfolio of Education and Early Childhood Development, previously held by Al Hawkins.
Lisa Dempster has taken on the added role of Environment and Municipal Affairs, formerly held by Graham Letto.
Premier Dwight Ball says the lack of significant changes reflects the confidence he has in his ministers, and he will be leaving the door open for Graham Letto depending on the outcome of a judicial recount in Labrador West.
