Revitalization of Water Street in Carbonear is on-schedule.
Mayor Frank Butt says they have some big plans for the region once phase one, which includes water and sewer and curb and gutter, is completed.
That’s when the second phase will kick in, including streetscaping, new lighting, benches and wifi hotspots. He’s hoping that will help attract more visitors to the region.
