Construction work that starts today at the Janeway is expected to impact parking at the hospital.

The work is aimed at improving traffic flow and reducing traffic congestion near the main entrance and the emergency entrance to the hospital.

As well, green areas and seating areas will be added for the patients.

During this time, parking near the main entrances will be unavailable; emergency cases can proceed as per normal towards the emergency entrance.

Additional blue zone parking will be available in the underground parking garage.

The work is expected to wrap up by Friday, July 5th.
