A portion of Veterans Memorial Highway between Carbonear and Harbour Grace has re-opened following a vehicle-pedestrian collision.

First responders were called to the area near Cathedral Street, Monday afternoon.

Traffic was re-routed around the area, as officers conducted an investigation of the scene.
