A man who worked on the provincial election May 16th says he has yet to be paid, and he’s looking for answers.

Ken, who asked that his last name not be used, tells VOCM News he worked as a deputy returning officer in CBS.

He says Elections NL has switched from administering cheques to a direct pay system, but instead of the two weeks it previously took to get a cheque, it has been well over a month and he is still waiting to get paid.

He has been told that all the paper work from the various districts is still being entered and it will be a while yet.
