A 19-year-old student is facing charges after threats were made through social media against Baccalieu Collegiate and the Dr. A.A. Wilkinson Memorial Health Centre in Old Perlican.
Harbour Grace RCMP were notified Tuesday afternoon and an arrest was made in St. John’s with the assistance of the RNC.
The young woman appeared in Harbour Grace provincial court yesterday on two counts each of uttering threats and mischief.
Police say they take any such threats seriously.
