Police on the west coast stopped a vehicle last night going at over twice the speed limit.
The RNC noticed the vehicle travelling down West Valley Road in Corner Brook at about 11:00 pm. They clocked it at 102 km/h in a 50 km/h zone.
The 17-year-old girl who was behind the wheel was ticketed for speeding and had her driver’s license suspended for seven days pending reinstatement.
