A new cannabis production facility is being proposed for the Kenmount Crossing Industrial Park in St. John’s.
The project, by Atlantic Cultivation Limited, will include the construction of a 10,200 square metre two-storey facility at 736-760 Kenmount Road.
The cultivation area will include 31 grow rooms and associated processing rooms.
The proposal has been registered for Environmental Assessment.
