Anyone driving in St. John’s will run into gridlock in some key areas.
Kenmount Road is very slow going as is the Outer Ring eastbound around the Gushue area. The Outer Ring Road eastbound is being stripped and paved.

There is also slow-moving traffic on Kelsey Drive.
Road construction is ongoing in many locations, including the TCH outside metro.
