The use of a cell phone lead metro area police to an impaired driver early this morning.
Shortly before 3 a.m. police noticed a man using his cell phone while driving in the downtown area.
The 23-year-old man was pulled over and found to be under the influence.
He’s been charged with impaired and was released to appear in court at a later date.
