Twenty-five swimmers are already signed on for this year’s Tickle Swim for Mental Health and many more are on the waiting list.
The 7th annual event is scheduled for August 10th and Sheilagh O’Leary says even the slow start to summer hasn’t put people off.
She expects the water will be colder, but participants are showing great enthusiasm.
The swim helps to raise funds for mental health programming through the Canadian Mental Health Association.
