A man is in custody after a violent robbery in Corner Brook yesterday.
RNC officers responded to an incident on the west side of the city where a man had suffered injuries following an alleged assault.
A police dog was called in and tracked a 26-year-old suspect to a residence on Caribou Road.
The man was charged with robbery, weapons assault and possession, and assault causing harm.
He was held for a court appearance today.
