A Nain man is facing a number of charges after allegedly stealing an ATV while impaired.
At around 6:30, Wednesday evening, Nain RCMP received a report of an ATV theft that occurred sometime overnight.
Police rolled out patrols and found a man driving the ATV around the community.
The 34-year-old driver, David J. Tuglavina, was arrested for being in possession of stolen property. He was also found to be impaired by alcohol and in breach of his probation order for consuming alcohol.
Tuglavina was held in custody and appeared in court today. He has been charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000, impaired operation, and breach of probation.
