Some heavy thunderstorms made their way through parts of the province Thursday evening.
The New-Wes-Valley region was rocked with loud thunder, lightning bolts and a heavy downpour around 8:00 p.m..
The Weather Network also put out a severe thunderstorm warning for the Bonavista North area, stating it was capable of producing strong winds and nickel sized hail with heavy rains.
There is no word on damages from the storm.
