RNC in St. John’s are investigating an armed robbery in broad daylight yesterday.
Police were called to a convenience store in the Downtown area just after 3:30 yesterday afternoon.
Police say a man with his face covered entered the store brandishing a weapon and demanded cash and cigarettes.
The suspect is being described as tall and thin, and was wearing a grey hoodie and light colored jogging pants at the time.
There were no injuries. Police are still looking in to the matter.
