There were no injuries after a vehicle left the road and crash landed into a river in St. John’s earlier today.
The single vehicle accident happened around 11 a.m. on Gleneyre Street, just off of Torbay road.
It appears as though the vehicle hit a section of railing, before falling nose first into the river.
Traffic was closed in the area for some time as crews recovered the vehicle.
