A 57-year-old man was reminded last night that your vehicle doesn’t need to be moving to be charged with impaired.
Shortly before 10:00 last night police in St. John’s were called to the downtown area to reports of a man sleeping behind the wheel of a running car.
The man was arrested and has been charged with impaired. His vehicle was seized and he was released to appear in court at a later date.
