Police are investigating after someone broke into the Salvation Army in Springdale, causing thousands of dollars worth of damage.

RCMP say the report came in on Thursday. Someone forced entry into the building on Little Bay Road, causing damage to an exterior steel framed door and several other interior doors. Damages are estimated to be in excess of $8,000.
