Gros Morne is going to get tastier in September with their Chef in Residence program.
The national park will be hosting renowned chefs, Andy Rae from Mourne Seafood in Belfast, Northern Ireland and Alain Bossé, Nova Scotia’s first culinary ambassador.
The two chefs will bring their unique ideas to a series of pop-ups and special food experiences throughout the park.
The program speaks to the park’s mandate of being a centre for culture and creativity.
The program will run from Sept. 1-8.
