Kenmount Road will be even more of a bottleneck on Thursday.
The five-lane road has been reduced to two lanes since July but for six hours tomorrow it will be down to one lane between Polina Road and Peet Street. The reduction will be in place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m..
City Traffic Lead Councillor Debbie Hanlon asks drivers for patience in what is the half-way mark of a four phase plan. She says the first phase last year realigned Polina Road to make the intersection safer, while this phase is about laying new sewer lines.
Kenmount Road is open for business throughout the construction period, which is on track to end November 30.
