A two-vehicle collision last night in the east end of the city resulted in a significant traffic disruption, however no injuries were reported.

Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Torbay Road and Stavanger Drive at about 8:45 p.m. after a car and SUV collided, causing significant damage to both vehicles. Paramedics assessed the occupants of the vehicles, however none required transport to hospital.

Traffic in the area was either slowed or diverted as crews attended the scene, and while the damaged vehicles were removed.
