They say never skip leg day, but for a man who just traveled across the country on unicycle, leg day has lasted four months.
Originally from St. John’s, Dave Cox started his trip in Victoria, BC on May 9 and made it all the way to Cape Spear yesterday.
He took his unicycle “One Fast One Furious” on the road to see Canada first hand, and peddled for around 9,200 kilometers, with plenty of side roads along the way.
He went along the south coast of Newfoundland and had to double back a lot as some communities he wanted to see only had one road in and out, and others were resettled entirely.

A veteran of the film industry, Cox is hoping to edit the footage he took along the way into a documentary to share the experience with everyone.
