The Innu Nation is still working towards getting an answer in identifying the second voice recorded on a voice mail that led to the resignation of Perry Trimper.
Innu Nation Grand Chief Gregory Rich says they want to know who the second voice belongs to, to ensure that issues surrounding racism in government are properly addressed.
Meanwhile, Innu Nation elder Etienne Pastiwet, told VOCM Open Line with Paddy Daly the Innu Nation has more important things to do than fight Perry Trimper.
He says he supports Trimper even though he doesn’t live in Lake Melville. He says the Innu Nation needs to address some of its own its issues and needs to do more for the people.
