A Newfoundlander is among the athletes chosen for Team Canada at the 2019 Sao Paulo America Regional Boccia Championships September 29th to October 5th.
Kristyn Collins of St. John’s is among 11 athletes chosen for the team.
Head Coach Mario Delisle says their teams are looking great and will be a challenge to other teams.
Performance partners will be joining the team. Canada achieved four medals at the 2018 Sao Paulo Boccia Regional Open including two medals in the Individuals event and two medals in the Team/Pairs event.
