A 63-year-year old man is dead following a house fire in Bonavista last night.
RCMP and the Bonavista Fire Department responded to a fire at a two-apartment building on Rutherford Crescent just after 8:00 last night.
The 63-year-old resident of the ground level apartment was found dead inside the home.
Two people living in the second level apartment escaped without injury.
The investigation continues with the help of fire investigators and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
