RCMP say two teenage men wanted in a Canada-wide manhunt confessed to killing three people in northern British Columbia in a series of videos recorded before they claimed their own lives.
The two teens were suspects in the deaths of three people including an American tourist and her boyfriend, who was from Australia.
The search came to an end when the bodies of the two young men were located in northern Manitoba.
RCMP say a digital camera containing several video files was found near the bodies of the two young men. An RCMP spokesperson says the young men expressed no remorse and did not explain their motives in the videos, but claimed responsibility for the deaths.
Police confirm that two firearms found near their bodies matched shellcasings from all three killings.
