Residents of Gambo are concerned with a sewage treatment plant they say hasn’t been working since July.
The town has applied for emergency funding to fix a broken part, but residents say that won’t address the smell that’s been an issue for a couple of years.
Lisa told VOCM Open Line with Paddy Daly the smell is so overwhelming it affects their daily lives.
She says they can’t send their kids outside to play, put clothes on the line, or invite family or friends over for a barbecue.
