Some changes are coming to the Kelsey Drive and Goldstone Street interchanges with the Team Gushue Highway.
The City of St. John’s says work will be completed in the coming days as weather permits, and will be conducted during the early morning hours from 4:00 to 7:00 a.m. to avoid traffic disruptions.
To improve traffic flow we're changing lane designations at the Kelsey Dr, Goldstone St & Team Gushue Highway interchange.
The work will be completed as soon as #nlwx permits, and will take place 4-7am to minimize disruptions to traffic. https://t.co/Ovi7McvyOy #nltraffic pic.twitter.com/aAVo4YOlKc

Traffic travelling east on Kelsey Drive toward Goldstone will notice an extension to the left-turn-only lane to better accommodate the volume of vehicles entering the northbound Team Gushue onramp.
For traffic travelling west on Goldstone toward Kelsey Drive, the curb lane will remain for through traffic only, while the current left-turn lane will be removed. The inside lane will be for both through traffic and for vehicles turning left onto the southbound Team Gushue onramp.
