A portion of the Brigus Road in Whitbourne will be closed tomorrow for a mock car crash staged by the S.T.A.N.D. (Standing Together Against Negligent Driving) for Hannah Foundation.
18-year-old Hannah Thorne was killed in 2016 when the car her grandmother was driving was stuck head-on by a pickup involved in street racing on the New Harbour Barrens.
Whitbourne RCMP will be on hand for the temporary road closure which will begin at 10:30 tomorrow morning and remain in place for several hours.
