A 33-year-old man who had just completed his sentence after being convicted of exposing himself to students at a dance studio in St. John’s, was arrested late last week.
Matthew Twyne was arrested Friday for breaching court orders after reports of a man committing an indecent act in the Long Pond area of St. John’s.
The RNC made an application to the court for an 810 order based on reasonable fear that the accused could offend again. That order was granted by the court October 8th.
The order contained 29 conditions.
RNC are continuing their investigation into the indecent act, and they are asking for any witnesses to contact police.
