A man previously acquitted in the shooting death of Nick Winsor in 2011 has been released on bail on weapons charges.
Lyndon Butler was arrested by RNC on Friday night after a gun and ammunition were found in his car during a roadside checkpoint.
Butler appeared in court in shackles this morning for his bail hearing.
He has been released on bail under strict conditions.
He’s due back in court December 12.
