Police are seeking the public’s help in their investigation into a fire that destroyed a home in Shearstown Thursday night.

Bay Roberts RCMP are asking anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the area shortly before the fire to contact police or Crime Stoppers.

The home was completely engulfed when emergency crews arrived on the scene.

The home, which was undergoing renovations, was vacant at the time. There were no injuries.
